I strongly believe that the voters should have taken George Bush very seriously when he said, in 1992, "It is the character of the President that matters". That may be true. Unfortunately, in '92 we were not presented with a candidate who had strong character. Clinton has Paula Jones and Monica, Bush had the Panama Invasion and the business deals with the Kuwaitees after the Gulf War. I would choose the guy who had illicit sex over the one who killed innocent civilians with a political agenda and then financially profited by it. JB
