Hi Wendy,

Our legal counsel sent me this section from the
Proposed Electronic Communications Disclosure
Guidelines:

Section 5: Rumours on the Internet

" A company is not expected to monitor chat-rooms or
news groups for rumours about itself. Nevertheless, the
TSE recommends that the company's standard policy for
addressing rumours apply to those on the Internet...

"In general, the TSE recommends against a company participating
on a chat-room or news group to dispel or clarify a rumour."

ALSO Section 2. Electronic communications cannot be used to "tip" or leak material information

" Employees must not use the Internet to "tip" or discuss in any
form undisclosed material information about the company."

On that basis, it was decided that we were not to
post on matters relating to possible financing efforts,
Terry's salary, etc. - items we would be unable to discuss
verbally either. I will forward your message to
the decision-makers - meanwhile, you have our e-mail address.
