Buy Now its only up from here! Watch for a few new market makers this week! Go short the stock if you want because you are going to get crushed. All margin selling is done and with a few new institutions coming in coupled with management making some noise will make the stock move higher. Zenker Knows!

MODA is indeed a multiple Turd candidate. Unfortunately, it is difficult to borrow and trades a bit thinly for Mr. Pink's vast financial empire to take a stake. It does sound like an excellent candidate for an individual who needs only short a few thousand shares. Good luck. sounds like a candidate for an implosion, in mr. Pink's humble opinion. MP

Thanks for the well-thought-out analysis. I made money on MODA early last year, apparently by getting lucky while the MMs were having a heyday. I get the impression you know or have spoken to some of the people who run MODA - is this true? I used to be an analyst and made a trip to LA back in '96 to check out ModaCAD's facilities. Have you seen them? What do you think? My information was very good back then but it's pretty dated now. Happy hunting! Badger

Archer, Good report. Several points you make are fair. I do disagree but atleast you put forth a decent case for not owning it which I respect. I would not short this stock infront of the news that is about to be announced concerning their new e-commerce site and their partners INTC, HWP, and IBM, etc. Dont forget this is the real world and stocks like this do get crazy valuations. MODA could run 10x from here. I doubt it will but it might. If you are short cover.
