Blessed, I've only ever gotten through to Les Robins ONCE (except when I set the appointment to visit) and that was last week. I asked several questions regarding shares. At that time they said they were not selling any shares. They said they were buying at these levels. I have no way of knowing what they are doing right now and I don't have time to try to call because we're extremely busy this afternoon. But they said they weren't selling as of last week. If they were chosing to exercise their option to get more Biomoda shares before the LungCheck results come in, and IF they needed extra money to do that, they might do part of the 504 mentioned in the 10SB to get the money. When the 504 debenture holders convert is when the shares hit the market. NOT when the company gets the money. Hope that helps.
