I've forgotten the feeling already.

Ain't that the truth!

Has it factored in a President who out of one side of his mouth is tearfully apologizing and out of the other insisting he did nothing wrong?

Doc, after talking to various people, I must admit I'm confused over exactly what the issue is with Clinton. I've heard some say the concern is exactly how much lying has occurred, how far back it goes, whether or not it extends into other matters, and whether or not there is strong evidence of witness tampering or other morally wrong conduct. I've heard the concern is whether or not he is impeached, yet after further questioning, it appears that folks that are scared of the potential consequences, actually seem to feel his stepping down will be the best overall solution. Then I've heard the real concern is whether or not he quickly resigns or is impeached, or this may drag on into next year.

Regardless, I think there's room for initial knee jerk reactions, probably to the downside. At a minimum, I feel the president and his team should have had early access to the report, so they could immediately respond to the allegations. In that I don't think anyone knows for sure what they want to happen, confusion is likely to prevail at the end of the day.

Is the report out yet?

This appears to be a good link to anything and everything pertaining to the "Clinton Papers". I think this pertains to Brazil and TBR.
