I suppose there's NO CHANCE it was overpriced when the shorting started. I mean, that's usually WHY people short stock: because it's overpriced.

The just want the price back where it was? So to that end they're gonna do a private placement? Reg D? Reg S? Oh, great. Works every time: WILD shareholder enthusiasm for private placements, always.
