Thank you William. I hope fundamentals are still important and that these specialists pay a price for their games despite the fact that it sounds like we often don't have much of a chance.

William if I understand the specialist's short capabilities they are also never reported to reflect the true shot interest in a stock.

These poor people surely risk an awful lot while ensuring an orderly market for we investors. VLG
