Ron Insana on CNBC just asked Jeffrey Applegate (Lehman chief investment strategist) if he had heard rumors about G-7 assistance to Brazil and Latin America. Applegate said, "Yes" and mentioned the possibility of Brady bond swaps instead of direct assistance from the IMF. Can anyone explain to me how this would work? thanks, djane

$85 book value, $295 value based on late 7/98 privatization and 5-6 P/E for FY99.
Instead of articles, I will just post these facts every day until TBR/TBH reach $100.
