As a taxpayer I'm disappointed that we spent Millions for this!
What about the rest of the investigation?
Campaign money from China?
Drug running from Arkansas landing strips?
Whitewater land deals?

Where is the rest of the report? It is all about Monica and Bill's affair and their lying about it. It looks like Starr concentrated on the sordid affair and Bill's lies in order to present possible impeachable offenses!
