It's looking like we will have a stable to strong
ending IMO. I base this on S.America looking much better
and buying of financials is appearing.

yesterday, even though it seemed it was Bill's fault
the market dropped at end...IMO, I think S.America
markets contributed equally. Brazil down 13% yesterday,...
how could the market not drop? (That definitely had
not be factored in the way Bill's problems have during
the past week.)
