Electric: I just shorted the DIAs at up 201 and just covered the short. Not a bad trade. But I am planning to buy Dell at the close. Just a little. But Japan looks ominous, don't you think? I think we'll get a big rally next week. Love Dell for that. The stock I can't figure is AOL. Is it still down?? Weird.

E, what does perm(premium) and FV(fairvalue)on the ticker mean?

i.e. i saw prem. 12 and fv 9 during the day. I have heard some people use premium and fv to predict if the buy programs are coming or sell programs are coming? do u know what is what?

dell:

don't be disappointed by dell. dell was up 4.9% and ndx 4.4%.
also today's thuder belonged to intel up (7%). it seems M. Dell's bullish out look was lost in clinton's mess all day.

M.Dell is going to hold analysts meeting around sept 25.

so next week as people begin to focus on fundamentals and as analyst meeting approches along w. the bullish outlook by ceo, i think dell
will go to 63 next week before settling to 60 by friday (expiration).
just a wag.
