Robert: I'm not so sure about late 1998 for NASDAQ, but you could be right about 1st quarter of '99. Assuming the $4.00 minimum et al are met, FNTN still has to contend with the currently sluggish bureaucracy within NASDAQ. To my knowledge there is still a backlog.
Which brings up another question. Unless, I'm mistaken, we still don't know for sure that NASDAQ is where we're going. The AMEX has a $3.00 minimum. I don't know what the wait is, but I suspect shorter than NASDAQ. If FNTN goes for AMEX they're likely to get rolled into NASDAQ anyway (assuming there is a merger). This may be a way of getting off the BB thrill ride sooner and still ending up with the cotton candy.
Thoughts? Holes in my thinking? Holes in my facts?

Robert,

Re:getting off OTC I may be speaking out of turn but has FNTN even filed the paperwork needed to become listed on any exchange?

It does take quite some time but to my (possibly limited) understanding, the clock has not even started in this case.

regards,
gary
