Jeff, Biotech trading is largely based on momentum plays consisting of key clinical endpoints and major conferences. Sept usually coincides with a positive blip since many of the brockerage houses ie Bear Sterns /Robertson Stevens have conferences in NYC . Knowing what the analysts are touting coupled with significant news events has been a successful trading route for me in the past. The biotech sector does call for " Tums for the longTerm" regards rebecca
