brees, he definitely can land on his feet, the question is at what cost?

Rep. Charles Rangel (who I'm starting to suspect is also Susan Estrich - listen to their voices and compare them - they're the same! <g>) used the analogy of Clinton as a Captain of a ship on a journey with two years left until it comes into port and asked whether, given that the Captain had made a grave mistake, it was appropriate to throw him overboard at that point in the journey.

Implicit in that line of reasoning is the assumption that the boat will be able to reach the dock in satisfactory condition if the captain is allowed to remain on board.

I'd extend the analogy and argue that "the captain" has caught a contagious communicable disease that threatens the welfare of the entire ship of state.

The morally right thing in that instance would be for the captain to throw himself overboard lest it turn into a ghost ship.

We've been on that ghost ship for 8 months.

That is simply unsatisfactory.

Good trading,

Tom
