I never saw either one change, but I don't have streaming quotes or Level II, just kept refreshing my real-time Dreyfus quotes (using the order entry system). How I saw it go through was that the last price change from 2 7/8 to 3 (my bid) and the volume went up an identical number of contracts as my order. It seems that it was just a delayed execution report. If it had gone through immediately, then the bid and ask would have gone back to their original values, and would have looked like it never changed. I can't say, I don't have notes on when I put it in and when it went through.

Anyway, have a great weekend everyone, and don't get too worked up reading the Starr report. ;-)
