at&t = asnd
sprint = cisco

doesn't matter for pmcs since they supply the entire market. the only issue is if multiple pmcs' customers order in anticipation of a contract and one ends up losing and ends up canceling a pmcs contract.

pmcs management is well aware that can happen and usually can manage around it.

so to answer the question, the at&t plan is good news for pmcs, not that the market cares.
