Maybe I am missing something here, so somebody help me. I sold today after jumping in around 19 and hoping to see some kind of strength above 17, but it quit on us late in the session. However, what made me sell is that I cannot understand why everyone keeps mentioning CSCO, or anyone else, as another bidder. How can they bid when there is already an offer on the table. I know it is possible, but it is not feasible. TLABs bid is already outrageously high given where the stock is. CSCO certainly isn't going to top that bid. That would be ridiculous at this point. Even more ridiculous would be CSCO making a bid lower than TLAB's. In that event, it would signal to TLAB shareholders that they are getting a good company (if CSCO is interested) and they would approve the deal (and CSCO would never get a shot). What am I missing here?
