To restate the obvious, that premium on a % basis is about as high as it was when SFE was in the $40+ range both in 1996 and to a lesser extent 1998. Quite unusual to see that high a premium when the price is depressed. In this environment, does anyone think the Who? vision rights will begin trading with any significant value? Remember when Diamond Technology came out? They had value for some time, but by the end of the rights offering period, they went out at less than one dollar because of very poor market conditions.
Thanks again for your continuing updates.

>>NAV is $22.03, which means we have a whopping $4.53 premium. Announcement Monday, or retrenching?

The former. Just announced - the TLAB/CIEN merger is dead.
