But you are not really picking stocks based on dividend yields are you? <gg>

Just kidding. [I will bet your stocks fell a LOT less than mine or
the average stock - the benefit of that dividend...]

If interested in dividends I would go with the REITs - one of my
all time favorites here is PPS (I used to live at one of their
appartment complexes.) Yield is around 7%, sitting at support and
should be able to do around 15% in annual total return longer term.
