the key developments in DGIV history at this time are the signed contracts which help to improve dgiV fundamentals and the official filing of the 10sb, which will help with institutional as well as small investors. While we all wish the price is higher, in the long run, when the contracts and the 10 sb are in place, the price will definitely follow. BTW, when/if a buyout of DGIV happens by one of the BIG BOYS, the contracts that DGIV has in various countries will be the key, not today's closing price. The contracts will determine the revenue stream, which in turn will determine DGIV earnings and ultimately its buyout price.
