The tone of the economy is set by the Congress, not the President. During Regan Bush the was a Democratic Congress. Regan/Bush signed the budget Congress sent them. Now we have a Republican Congress and a Democratic President. He signs the budget Congress sends him and takes credit for the success. If you don't believe me check out California in 2 years. They are going to elect a Democratic Govenor and assembly. I figure it will take them about 1 1/2 years to trash the CA economy. Besides that, whose small minded? I'm a Republican and I'm perfectly willing to accept Democratic views. You just run your mouth spewing cheap insults. That's small minded.
