You guys are a hoot; and you bet it's good news.

I agree entirely with Sure, and take this announcement as corrobation that something positive is coming down the pipe.

My understanding of insider trading is that when insiders sell shares it's hard to interpret what it means (someone might need to sell for personal reasons), but when an insider buys - there's only one interpretation. As a Director of Sungold, Anne Kennedy knows the score.

Thank Stockwatch for the mistakes in the previously posted NR. Here's the correct version:

Sungold Gaming International Ltd -
$100,000 (U.S.) financing completed
Sungold Gaming International Ltd. SGGNF-BB
Shares issued 15,806,820. 1998-09-11 close $1 1/16

Mr. Kim Hart reports
The company has completed the private placement of 50,000 units with Anne Kennedy, each unit comprised of one share and one warrant, at $2.00 (U.S.) per unit to net the treasury $100,000 (U.S.). Each two warrants entitle the placee to purchase one additional share for two years from Aug. 11, 1998, being the date of the distribution, at $2.00 (U.S.) per share during the first year and $2.50 (U.S.) per share during the second year.
