My point is if you own X number of shares in a company, you have X number of votes at the stockholders meeting. We tend to forget this on this thread, that if a poster is not a stockholder, why should his opinion count for diddily. If he is short, then his opinion should be considered in the negative.
I do not mind a non-stockholder asking for the opinion of a stockholder. I am suspect of an outsider trashing our company for no reason. What is his motive? To keep the price down so that he can buy low? If he is a stock broker, to get his people to sell so he can buy low? If he is a hired gun, is he setting up the company for a take over attempt? This is my company he is trashing and my investment, so I will call a spade a spade as I see it in my opinion.
