Terry, I understand your concerns. It would have been my prefence as well to have seen Zulu rise on its own merits. But, frankly, I don't yet understand how long it takes for an OTC stock, itself, to evolve onto Nasdaq or what the length of time is that it takes to make that jump.

Are you aware of any comparative stocks that rose from OTC onto Nasdaq, and what kinds of growing pains those stocks went through before finally succeeding onto Nasdaq?

I guess my real question is: Are you really sure that the manner in which this acquisition is taking place, is not the best way to do it? That there is a better way? And if there is a better way, can you name any companies that have done this? Thanks.
