On the first page, Starr points out why the graphic details are necessary. One, they are so specific and detailed, that they could hardly have been made up. Two, in many cases they indicate where, how and why the President has chosen to be less than honest.... While I am sorry that this matter ever took place, that the President chose to engage in the activity, and that he chose to lie about it, it does indicate one thing. The man lies, that he cares little for the honor of the office (let alone his family) and that he engages in bad judgement.
