Gary, I posted on my web page a trading program for this very reason recently. It is for the new trader or the battered trader who needs a boos in confidence. It starts off with paper trading, then moves onto smaller shares.... then when the confidence is up, and percentages, move onto larger shares.. this helps restore confidence and enables traders to "pull the trigger" easier. You may wish to contact someone in the room concerning old lessons. I have contracted someone to put together old lessons into my next book, titled "market dynamics".
