Here's an interesting note: this company has tried to make it seem as though investors MUST "call in their certs" in order to qualify for the "dividend". I mean REALLY.

Of course these are only planned sales so it could be construed that they are positioning themselves for possible sales. But then it would beg the question that if they are selling 144 stock and there is a DTC lock-up, they are wasting their time. Right? No "shares" are being permitted to trade according to company reports and the market is currently being made "naked". Also, I wonder if any of these people are part of the 50+ million shares of insider stock that is supposed to be rescinded. Things that make you go Hmmmmm.... Regards, Ron
