Forget the top chart, and look at the bottom...does your attorney mind know that that is?

I'm not an attorney, but can I answer? It's a carbon copy of the chart of every other microcap tech stock out there.

BTW, why "EMA" vs. simple MAs? Using a 200 day SMA, the stock is holding nicely above just as it did after the April rally put it over (hopefully) for good.

Unless some big money accumulation shows back up like happened 2 or 3 time earlier this year, I'd expect more low volume consolidation until after the bank deal closes and some news and/or analyst coverage creates renewed interest.

JMO,
Bob

PS: Since we are well up for the year, this should be one of the few microcaps not to take a beating this fall from tax loss selling.

T, since your post, I've been reading up on MACD ...
and the bottom part of the chart does look like we may be coming off an oversold condition, at a time when we're looking at the second higher low in six months.

I see very little evidence of volume selling of SFNB during this recent market turmoil. Is SFNB now in "strong hands" I wonder?
