Your sentiments are so correct. With the stock trading at lows it may be the much needed provocation to put such measures into effect. It is amazing that so many good people are involved in this but current management does nothing to let them get on with their tasks or give them the tools to do it. If the stock goes any lower you may see new management anyway by attrition. My Dickensian approach is blowing up in my face, Marley is sorely needed in this novel.
