Who knows what Gerry means. He's clearly not interested in giving us any reason to believe what he says. He's ignoring my questions, anyway. He may turn out to be correct in some portion of what he's saying...but that doesn't make him credible. And a non-credible person making authoritative claims is potentially dangerous. In my opinion, we should all discount anything he says until he gives us reason to do otherwise. And knowing the crowd on this board, I'm sure that we are.
