I have also had a conversation with MS about exchange listing in which he specifically mentioned AMEX as a possibility due to the backlog. I think it would be a good idea. Being listed would take away a lot of the manipulation that goes on with OTCBB status, that I don't think necessarily goes away when one achieves small cap status on the Nasdaq. It is still the same market makers that make the market or lack thereof. I have bought and sold a number of AMEX stocks and have in every case felt like I have gotten a little better service than on the OTC, especially in speed of execution.

I have waited hours at times for MARKET orders on FNTN to fill with its current status. I hope that if AMEX listing is possible lets say 2 months before small cap status, that AMEX listing is pursued. Especially when the AMEX and Nasdaq will most likely end up as one entity anyways.
