>>>A digital camera that will take mega pixel pictures
and provide low cost removable storage. Oh and
one other thing I won't pay more than $500.
The second it hits I'll be first in line to buy.<<<

You and me both... I have a Casio QV700... so so images and almost no storage...

>>>Does Click! have a place in digital photography ??
I don't care as long as I get one with enough disks
to last seven or so years. I can't hardly wait...<<<

Since I bought my ZIP drive a few months ago I've been scanning and storing all of my old pictures on ZIP disks and I've learned one thing... You can store a TON of high quality digital pictures on a 100 meg. ZIP disk. I'm talking hundreds at the highest resolutions per disk...

My point is that even though the 340 meg. IBM Mini drive isn't removable it has more storage capacity than anyone could possibly need for a typical vacation... When was the last time you took 500 or 600 pictures in a matter of a week or two... I think it will be much more convenient to store all of the pictures you can possibly take on your IBM mini drive and download them to your ZIP disk whenever you need to, than shuffling 40 meg clik! disc around and I guarantee you just when that once in a lifetime shot presents itself your CLIK! disk will only have 1/2 meg. left on it and you'll have to stop and change discs... Also, from what I've seen, the CLIK! drive is much larger than the IBM Mini drive which reduces it's competitiveness against the tiny IBM drive... And for those who state that CLIK! will have a big head start... That remains to be seen... and even if CLIK! does launch on time... IMO the type of digital cameras you described that produces 35mmm quality pic.s for <$500 are at least 2 years away... I'm going to wait for the camera before buying the drive...

Ciao...
