Well maybe you don't want to say what your selling points were.

Do you see anything in the following cuts from posts that you would disagree with?

Mr. Martin,
Mr. Fasano was not an employee of AZNT , therefore recieved no compensation from AZNT.
Wellrich opened an account by selling AZNT stock and using the cash they obtained by selling the shares to open the account. They then informed AZNT of the account with the cash to cover more shares . They pocketed the money and the shares. They sold the shares even though they are not licensed to do so. They are now forced to cover by a court of law.
Good Day

Wellrich acted as a broker when they are not licensed to do so. With the money procured from illegally selling securities they opened a bank account. They informed AZNT the money was to cover more stock to be sent to them. AZNT forwarded the stock. Wellrich sold the stock and pocketed the money. This has been proven in court, haven't you heard?

Mr. Jihad,
What was/is your relationship with Mr. Schurer? Are you claiming that Mr. Schurer did not act as a broker for Wellrich and never assisted in the transactions of AZNT stock? When did Mr. Schurer leave Wellrich? Was Wellrich still selling AZNT stock after Mr. Schurer left you? Who was the recipient of a $50K sales commission of AZNT stock? Was the sale after Mr. Schurer left Wellrich?

Thanks in advance

RB

Mr. Jihad,
You joined S.I. today apparently to share with us your valuable insight into the Wellrich-AZNT matter. Can you fax me the same documentation your faxed Ms. Shell and Mr. Mitchell, the "judgement" against AZNT?
I hope that since you joined S.I. today to enlighten us about the Wellrich-AZNT matter, you will not refer the matter to the telephone. Can you expound on the role Mr. Schurer played while at Wellrich? Why did he leave? Are you saying he never acted as a broker in AZNT transactions? How was your lead-list procured? Is Wellrich entitled to any commissions if they did not serve as a brokerage?

"...... As logical deduction has it, one must own shares in order to short a
stock, or attempt to cover a short....."

Have you read the AZNT PR's? Are you in agreement with Mr. Mitchell & MS. Shell that the SEC, NASD, AZNT and the federal judiciary have all conspired against those who dumped invalid and illegal AZNT shares into the float?
What is Wellrich's relationship with Mr. Marchese or Mr. Mann ?

Wellrich of San Diego just phoned from 1-888-361-0000,
claiming to be able to sell me shares of Amazon Natural
Treasurers (AZNT) for $1/share, even though the market
price is $2.75/share at present.

Interesting post. bmart flat out states in this post of his that WellRich has commited an illegal act. No qualifications, he states it as fact. This could be a very expensive post should he be wrong in the slightest...

Ms. Shell,
You may start with two "sleazy promoters", the first was Mike Zapara, Alexis Intl., who presently has three frozen accounts with his illegaly procured AZNT stock. The other is
Wellrich who also sold illegally procured AZNT stock into the AZNT market. I hope you diligence discovers that the 2.2MM share short position can be attributed to the actions of these "sleazy promoters", and doesn't factor what the MM's sold short. The incremental program AZNT has implemented was to cleanse the AZNT market from these "sleazy promoter's" malicious acts and , in doing so, the MM's that sold naked are being caught in the cross fire,

In response to the several comments concerning the relationship between AZNT and WellRich, I would like to make this statement to clear up many of the uncertainties arising from these posts and PR releases. First of all, I am an employee of WellRich & Company, however, I have not been hired to defend WellRich from any of the
defamatory statements made against WellRich. My intent is to state the facts and truth about the relationship between WellRIch and AZNT.

In response to the several comments concerning the relationship between AZNT and WellRich, I would like to make this statement to clear up many of the uncertainties arising from these posts and PR releases. First of all, I am an employee of WellRich & Company, however, I have not been hired to defend WellRich from any of the defamatory statements made against WellRich. My intent is to state the facts and truth about the relationship between WellRIch and AZNT. Firstly, I would like to state for the record that WellRich has not received in any shape or form, shares of AZNT. As logical deduction has it, one must own shares in order to short a stock, or attempt to cover a short. This would negate the claims by AZNT that WellRich was involved with illegal stock transactions. Secondly, AZNT is correct, WellRich is not a brokerage house, as they stated we "pressured' our clients to "sell" their stock. It is not only our duty but an ethical business practice to inform our referred AZNT clients that as a result of AZNT's best efforts to build their company, their investment has finally come to fruition. Please note, we do not ask them to "sell", we do offer assistance with a broker of our client's choice if they do choose to sell. Secondly, WellRich referred clients to AZNT, and all monies, stock purchase agreements etc.. were sent to AZNT's place of business. In return AZNT sent them a stock certificate, NOT WELLRICH. Thirdly, if there has been any doubts to an arbitration hearing between AZNT and WellRich please contacts us to verify, our phone is post on SI. It was also stated, that WellRich claimed that TON is not real. This would work against us, since we referred our clients on the basis of their strongest product, TON. Indeed, that would be foolish of WellRich to say. WellRich & Company has nothing to hide, feel free to contact us and verify any of this information.

Best Regards
