DARPA, Here's what I understand about the possibility of purchasing Biomoda shares directly...

Your Question was:
>>If I understand it those $1-1.50 Biomoda shares are not readily available to the public. Is that right? If not, how would you go about making the investment, who would you contact, and what size a min. investment would be required? (anyone want to pool?)<<

Biomoda said they would do a small private placement of 100 to 200 thousand shares at about $1.50 to $2.00 per share. As I understand, the investors must have an address of record in New Mexico, Illinois or one of a couple of other states (Would a lawyer's address work?). You could call Ari Ma'ayan for more details of the requirements.

NOTE: From my conversations with Biomoda, it sounds like they will only be offering shares in the $1.50 to $2.00 range until the results are back from LungCheck. Those results are due back any time. Then I think the private placement price is likely to go up to the $3.50 to $4.00 range.

Your Next Question...
>>In addition, would these $1-1.50 shares be equivalent in nature to the shares issued at an IPO of, according to normann, $7-10.00?<<

My understanding is that yes, they would be equivalent. Of course, you should ask Ari Ma'ayan that question to be sure.

Your Other Question...
>>As for your comment on preferring ADOT to Biomoda shares, do you think that ADOT shares, %age wise, will keep up with Biomoda's %age increases?<<

That's a good question. There are pros and cons both ways.

PRO ADOT - ADOT has more liquidity right now and since ADOT owns 22% of Biomoda, then 4.54 ADOT shares = 1 Biomoda share.

1 Biomoda share = $1.50
4.54 ADOT shares x .14 = $0.64
ADOT looks like the better buy at this level to me.

PRO BIOMODA - But if Biomoda gets bought out, and if you owned Biomoda shares, you would get paid directly instead of having to wait for the market to react and respond via ADOT shares.

Interesting thoughts both ways.
