Tell me where to sign. If Q3/Q4 earnings are truly expected to be black/better/happier times .... management should have made a statement by now if they care at all about us lowly stockholders. Unless this is a short term play to buy-back stock before releasing Q3 results/preliminary estimates?? One in ten people I talk to about this stock say it's gonna fly high - soon .. the other nine say CCEE management will screw over their stockholders at every turn (with unexpected "expenses") I could help all of you out - personally. The day I sell my CCEE stock -- it will rocket up. CCEE is 50% of my portfolio.
