George, and all concerned about the dreaded, dare I type it, reverse split. All the bullsh*t and banter about a R/S on ADGI's stock is just that, B/S and banter. It is always brought up by the same few posters on this thread that never have a positive thing to say about ADGI. Has anyone that reads this thread ,besides me ever called the company?? Has anyone ever asked Hinton, or the lady in the IR office,Judy, about a R/S????? I speak with Hinton on a weekly basis, and try to find out what I can about what's going on with the company, and get any other info that could affect my position as a shareholder. Hinton has said time and time again, there will be NO REVERSE SPLIT, unless it would be necessary to AQUIRE a company that has solid SALES, ASSETS, and a POSITIVE CASH FLOW!!!! None of the recent news releases have remotely indicated that anything like that is in the works. ADGI pays it's consultants in stock, most of which is being held in escrow and is issued on a performance basis,as they earn it. Do you think for one second that they would still do business with Hinton if he reversed their shares?? I think not, they could take their business and contacts elsewhere and Hinton wouldn't have squat left for business. I do not always agree with the way Hinton runs this company, but one thing I am sure of is HE IS NOT STUPID!!!!!!! A start up company with little cash flow has to do whatever it can to build a business, so ADGI uses performance based stock rather than cash,it happens all the time. And all of those who like to bring up that SEXI and ADGI were affiliated, thats not quite true either.. there was a deal that was being negotiated between the two companies, but it NEVER was done. It sounded so good that Hinton bought $20,000.00 worth of SEXI stock with his own money. Ask him about it when you call.. he still has it,just like a lot of others do. Opinions are like assholes, everyone has one and they all stink. All I say to anyone invested in this stock, or thinking about investing in this stock is do your own due diligence. If ya like what ya see,and think the potential is there, have patience and see what happens. If ya don't like the stock, don't buy, if ya own it and don't like it,fer chrissake..sell it and sleep better at nite. I don't like the fact that Disney hosts a special day for people with alternate lifestyles, but it don't keep me from owning the stock. Penny stocks are all a gamble at best, and if you are worried about losing your ante before the first card is dealt, don't take a seat at the table.
