Maybe I'm just easily excited, but I think that's great! You've created a rather sophisticated decision support system for yourself. You have a predictive module: charting the premium or discount to NAV (which you no doubt believe predicts future price changes; and, you have a cash management component for your speculative, short-term portfolio. I see you also have a strategy to eliminate market risk. I bet that has come in handy recently. I'm a quantitative research methodologist. Have you quantitatively evaluated the predictive utility (and financial value) of the real time "premium or discount to NAV" data? BTW, Peter, I'll tell you if you FIRST tell me the origin of your pen name.
