Richard,

Good attempt at damage control, but let's be realistic for a mo'. The environmental agencies are going to be interested in ANY operation that is a potential polluter. Whether that operation is a going concern or not, they couldn't give a rats' ass. Getting a "Notice of Violation" doesn't somehow lend credibility to the company. On the contrary, I think. They have now established a record of "non-compliance", putting the operation under close scrutiny for some time to come. I can't see this as being good exposure for Global.
