Interesting theory. First of all Smith is a man. Second do you really think that an institution such as TUNS would team up with IDCN to pull some sort of low level scam? Third, if you have read the thread threw you would have also read that the CEO has always thought that he could get more than .37 for the company and PAPA who owns a Major part of the company wanted the buy out but has now changed his mind. I really suggest that you go back to the drawing board on this one!

I wish you could have heard the two calls I made to
Tony Papa and the one call I made to Jeffrey Bruhjell.
Coolbreeze can confirm what Jeffrey said.

1. The CMI offer came out, and many posted it was fake.
I called Serge Talon and he told me that it was a real offer,
but it would not be accepted.
2. I called Tony Papa (board member and major share holder).
He said it quite clearly. To paraphrase " where did you hear
that. The offer is a done deal. I will convince the others.
Offers don't come along like that everyday."
I am certain he was telling the truth.
3. I called Jeffrey. I told him we wanted the offer. He said he didn't.
I told him Papa wanted it. He said "why would we sell when
have so much going on."
4. Later I called Papa back. I asked why isn't the stock moving up?
Is the deal off? He said "Yes. This mine in Issacs Harbour
is very good and will get a lot of attention. I am staying in.
I hope you make a lot of money. Bye."

I don't know why the accepted, except they needed time to
decide.

I AM 100% CERTAIN THE BUYOUT WAS NOT A SCAM.

Also I have called several other mining companies
asking about Bruhjell, Papa, and Talon. And I
have never heard a negative word about their business
ethics.

This is my opinion based on research, more work can always be done. So if you have facts or even opinions from someone with first hand knowledge, then by all means post. But so far, all you have
is opinions, no facts.

There are many holes in your theory.

1) The buyout was a scam.
2) The TUNS report will be extremely negative.
3) The properties are basically worthless.
4) No customers for garnet.
5) IDCN has no future.

Based on these presumed items you concluded that IDCN is basically junk.

Then why in the world would they even consider buying back shares? According to you they would be buying back junk stock.

Doesn't seem very plausible to me.

GG

Your personal profile indicates you've been a member of SI since Sept. 11th, 1998. I don't think you've been forthright in everything you have said.

Ready for ACT2 of IDCN maneuvers??

I have read nearly every post on this board since Aug 12th. These are my conclusions and opinions.

Number one -- SS's sincerity and wealth of information is terrific, best of wishes to her -- she has everyone's best interest at heart.

How can I put this?? I have never been negative on a board before (sans - Raging Bulls Forum on IDCN today). Everyone, including MR Metals (who I thought a major pain in the ass - oops - sorry) has seemed to cool their jets. Mine are just warming up.

I was one of the most outspoken, IDCN-happy, positive people out there, folks. Even after the "offer." THEN I started putting everything together.

"I was one of the most out spoken for IDCN...since August 12." If you were was it under another name? Sept. 11th. 1998 shows your membership date. Who were you outspoken too?

I'm a listener, a reader. I have only posted a dozen messages, ever.
This is one I believe in -- completely straight-forward and honest

It is true, under this name you've only posted a dozen messages. Exactly 12. All since Sept 11th, 1998, and all neg. in ref. to IDCN.
WHY?

You also indicated that IDCN could care less about stockholders on this thread. SS has gotten their (IDCN) attention because of stock holders on this thread, which is significant in number. The company may very well want this bunch to get out because of a potential 'rock the boat' to their plans.

SS has even called the Gov't concerning this company and the company was notified. Jeffery contacted SS rather disturbed about this.

Now, all of a sudden, enter all this advice to sell etc.

I'm holding! Up or down.
