Sorry I didn't post this earlier, the yard needed me.

I got a return call from Neville Friday morning. I ask him if he was still involved with CSGC and he said he is not involved in the capacity he was when he was in Phoenix, but still works with Damian.

I told him there was a general consensus with some of the investors that CSGC could be in trouble, and he said if there was a problem Damian would have been on the phone to him. He said he hadn't talked with Damian for about a month and at that time things were going as planned and still were as far as he knew. He also said if there was any trouble that he himself had a few things he would be able to do.

He said Damian was still in negotiations with the sponsor (one that we would all be very happy with) and it was a huge sponsorship deal. He said the reason for the delay was at about the time the original deal was to have been finished the sponsor decided to get involved in a greater capacity. At that time everyone agreed that delaying the Sept. tournament (to get better prepared) was the best thing for both parties. And I'm not sure but I think it was insisted on by the sponsor. Neville said this sponsor was great just as a sponsor, but what they were bringing with them as far as the spinoffs was even greater.

I asked him about the David Marr thing and he said David was still in the same capacity as he has always been.

He said the only reason he got involved in CSGC was because of the background of both David and Damian, and if anyone could make this concept work, it is the two of them. [and if you will all remember, isn't that the biggest reason you all got involved too?]

All in all, Neville says things are going along as planned, and he isn't the least bit concerned.

He told me it was good to talk to me and if there was anything he could assist us with, he would.

I will Call him or e-mail him when the time comes that we need to.

Jim
