CLINTON REPORT CARD... who is a guaranteed better alternative?

Bottom Line: If there was an alternate person that would be guaranteed better than Clinton, let's replace him, but in my mind Clinton ranks WAY WAY higher on just about every front than the last few presidents we've had.

FOREIGN POLICY: Very Good and much better than expected
ECONOMY: Excellent, terrific in moving people into higher paying jobs and advancing communication and moving us into the technology age (i.e the Internet)
EDUCATION: Good not great
WARMTH/LIKE OF PEOPLE: very high; you can't fake liking people and being comfortable in front of town meetings. Nixon and Bush are two examples of Presidents who seemed to look down on people.
HONESTY: many lapses, but I still trust him way more than Nixon or Bush. Even Reagan was not squeeky clean and his advisors were running him bigtime. Now that was scary! Only Carter gets an "A" on this front, but he had failings in running the economy.

Clinton: a solid "B"

Too many people are quick to condemn but have no plan on making things better. While Clinton is far far from perfect, I think the Office of the President of the US is almost by nature a bit corrupt, due to the advisors and due to the corruption in the other branches of the Government. I think he is one of our better Presidents and it is nieve to think that other Presidents haven't even been MORE dishonest.
