I think the waterhouse traders were asleep today. Had the same thing happen to me today on IBM puts. I watched trades all around my bid and I never got filled. It was a day trade only so I don't want them now but it cost me a 5 minute 40% gain.

I think they just have good days and bad days. You can raise hell if you still want them and they will revue the trades performed to determine if you are due a fill. If they are wrong, they will give you the puts at your price and usually drop the commission. Unfortunatally I don't want anything over night so when they miss on mine, I am just SOL.

Those options were trading mostly on time value. 1 point swings in the stock when it is that far out of the money shouldn't make it move too much.

BTW, now that the bad news is out and CNBC will be talking about DIS problems, I will probably cut loose the puts anyhow.

DIS trade victorious, on to the next conquest!
