Everyone.....Grab a copy of October "PC World," called "The Complete PC Trouble Shooting Guide."

On the shelves now and well worth the couple of bucks.

Be careful what you delete from here. It's OK to delete the files that are identified as HTML under type. However, this may slow your web browsing down until those web pages you use the most get restored in the temp file. I think it's best to just leave it alone. If you need hard drive space that bad, buy a new one or delete programs you don't use.

You can buy programs that will clean up unnecessary files on your C: drive. However, you still need to know what you can/can't delete. Kind of a catch 22; If you use the program, you have to know what you can safely delete and if you know what you can safely delete than you don't neeed the program.
