I think a milestone for acceptance of the application by the FDA is not a common practice, and if there is one I doubt it will be 5Mil. Please give me examples if I am wrong in this assumption.
A milestone is common for submittal of OR acceptance of the application, not both. Since SGP supposedly had a large part in the application itself, causing the delay so I've heard, I doubt a milestone is due upon application acceptance.
