that's great point jimbo, i call it pattern recognition, if you look at enough similar situations, theorize before the fact then look to correlate after more info becomes available hopefully we can find a pattern to the mm's madness. see enough of the same patterns it almost becomes an intuitive type decision making process. gut feeling based on past experiences is a simpler way to put it.
