Sandy, I am far too OLD to NOT get it.
I will assume that the vast majority of people who are right now apologizing for Clinton are the same people who vilified Clarence Thomas. I bet that at least 70% of them are. Probably more. I AM willing to bet all of you did.
If I am wrong, then I am wrong.
However, if any one of you thought Thomas deserved his "high-tech lynching", then you should have second thoughts about your good friend in Washington.
Many millions (granted, far less than Starr) were spent to make Thomas look silly and stupid.
He, at least, came off with a modicum of class. While he denied the harassment, he AT LEAST ADMITTED to what he did. Clinton didn't even have the cojones to do that.

I don't give a rat's patootie about the sex. I DO care that it was within a business relationship, making it a problem of sexual discrimination. As such, the coverup makes it that much more problematic.
Furthermore, we now have a character flaw that becomes easily identified within the context of his behavior regarding Whitewater and campaign finance.

If I am TOO YOUNG to get it...is it fair for me to say that you guys are TOO OLD to understand it? LOL - just joking, babe.
