Friday September 11, 2:16 pm Eastern Time Company Press Release Amazon Natural Treasures Obtains Restraining Order From U.S. District Court/District of Nevada Including the Immediate Return of 4,480,000 Free Trading Shares to Company's Transfer Agent LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 11, 1998--Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc. (OTC:BB AZNT) today announced that the United States District Court for the District of Nevada today ordered that Defendants, Joseph Andy Mann, First Concorde Securities, Whitecliffe Investment Fund Ltd., Shoreline Securities Ltd., Canaccord Capital Corp., Citibank, and JB Oxford are enjoined from trading, selling, transferring, assigning or otherwise hypothecating any or all of the 4,000,000 shares of stock in their, or their agents possession and that the 4,000,000 shares be immediately returned to the Company's transfer agent, TranSecurities International. The Court also ordered that the same defendants are enjoined from trading, selling, transferring, assigning or otherwise hypothecating any or all of the borrowed 480,000 shares and that the shares be immediately returned to the Company's transfer agent, TranSecurities International. Michael Sylver, President, commented, ''The long and arduous journey we have taken to prevent illegal transfer and shorting of stock has been brought to an end by the judicious actions of the Court. The Company will now, as promised, begin the process of reissuing shares with a five percent dividend. We are most grateful to the shareholders who understand the Company's great prospects for the future. It was with our shareholders in mind for whom we took action to prevent the rampant shorting, effecting both Bulletin Board and NASDAQ companies, from precluding our growth. Amazon is well-positioned to achieve its strategic objectives and can now focus all energy on the future of our business.''
