Hello Stevs,

Matt Bowen & Bruce Bowman did a lot of work using ADX a few years ago. I think Bill Sandusky also did some. I know any of the three could give you a real detailed account of how it works and where and when to use it...

In a Market like this one, a small number falling out of your selection may not be a bad thing...... It's more about what the candidates do the how many of them there are....

In fact, if you were to keep track of the number of stocks falling out of your scans you could USE THAT as a Market indicator. I have suggested that to many people over the years BUT have not done it myself...

I think it would be a better Market Indicator because it would be talking about YOUR Market, not CNBC's....
