General question to all: Do you want the merger fall thru completely or should it just be renegotiated further to .50 or so?

The market has spoken. CIEN is not worth .80 of TLAB. The deal must be re-priced or killed. This may not be the time and place for a successful merge. There are other venues that TLAB could follow short of a complete merge that could benefit both companies. It is time to go back to the drawing board.
