Roger, Thanks. You are certainly right about the surprises. The other thing most of us have gotten for our interest in ANCR is heartburn. <g> I think that the stage is set for some positive surprises going forward. The downward pressure seems to have abated somewhat, and most of us seem to agree that it was due to the Reg D guys selling a bunch of shares to lower their conversion price. Expectations are virtually zero for the next two quarters, so I don't think that there is a lot of downside risk. Even during HUGE downturns in the overall market, ANCR has stayed pretty stable. I think you are correct that the next 6-12 months will make or break this company. Let's hope that they have positioned themselves to succeed. Craig
